Why buy from us - frequently asked questions
Is your clothing worth the price?
You could buy cheaper clothing from your local mall, it's true, but how long
will it last? And would it feel comfortable? What's the quality level? There is
a reason why other garments are cheap: because they are not worth more.
You're probably thinking "If I am willing to pay more, at least I can get
some luxury brand name clothing".
Again, true. But how much more are you willing to pay just for the brand name?
And how many of the brand name price their products based on their quality? Just
go to the mall and try on a few garments.
We did try it. Many times. And honestly, we realized that the pride of wearing a
recognized brand name did not live up to it's reputation.
You see,
sometimes you get something that feels good and lasts a long time and looks
great. But most of the time, it is just a little unique detail and the label
that you paid for. And so the corporation gets fatter and richer. We don't spend
a lot of money in marketing, fancy ads or private jets. We spend it on good
fabric, good manufacturing and good sewing patterns.
We believe that even though good things are not cheap, they also don't have to be exorbitantly overpriced.
We
use very high quality fabric, made in Japan and imported directly from our
supplier in Japan.
Most people imagine Japanese fabric that the kimonos are made of. But that's just the exotic myth. Think
Italian type fabric at Japanese quality. No need to explain the quality of any Japanese products, you
know it already.
We use European inspired designs and patterns for a clean look and great fit.
Just try it on and you'll understand what we mean.
But I can't see it and try it on, what if I don't like it?
We understand and agree.
That's why if you don't like the clothing you bought, send it back, exchange
it or just get a refund. See our returns
and exchange policy.

Where are your garments made?
We strongly believe in human rights and we are against sweatshops anywhere in
the world.
That's why we produce all of our clothing in the United States,
with fabric made in Japan.
Japan is well known for the excellent conditions
workers are provided. It is also well known as a leader in environmental
protection efforts.
Although manufacturing our clothing in the U.S. is
more costly to us than mass producing in China or other developing countries,
there are good reasons why we chose this path:
- We contribute to the American economy
- We can closely monitor the manufacturing process to ensure the high
quality standards that you expect (small quantities allow us to ensure that
each garment is defect free and abides by our specifications)
- We provide jobs for the American people, here at home.
So yes, we are proud to say that our products are "Made in U.S.A."!
